At NovaGear Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect all products before shipping. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary).
- Contact your bank.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address that will be provided by our support team after your return request is approved.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
